Client Success Agent (Customer Service Representative)

Dynojet Research is a leading provider of powersports performance technology, delivering innovative products and solutions for motorcycle, ATV, UTV, and other powersports enthusiasts. Our products help riders, dealers, technicians, and performance shops get more from their machines.

We are looking for a Client Success Agent to join our team in Belgrade, Montana . The Client Success Agent is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey. This role will serve as a key point of contact for Dynojet customers, dealers, and powersports enthusiasts by answering questions, resolving issues, providing product guidance, and ensuring customers have a positive experience with Dynojet products and services.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, learning technical products, and representing a performance-driven brand. A candidate who is personable, reliable, technically curious, and able to communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and other support channels. Someone who has a passion for motorcycles, powersports, automotive performance, or related industries is highly desirable. Rate of pay is $20 - $25/per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding Dynojet products, applications, installation, functionality, and general product use.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and identify appropriate solutions or next steps.
• Assist customers with product selection and help determine the appropriate Dynojet solution for their application.
• Support dealers and distributors with product questions, technical information, and customer-service needs.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in company systems.
• Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issues have been fully resolved.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends or opportunities for improvement to management.
• Help educate customers on Dynojet products, software, tuning solutions, and related technologies.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of current Dynojet products and services.
• Support new product launches by learning product features and communicating benefits to customers.
• Provide feedback from customers to help improve products, services, documentation, and overall customer experience.
• Represent Dynojet professionally and positively in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, client support, technical support, inside sales, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Comfortable working with computers, software, email, and customer-support systems.
• Ability to learn technical products and communicate technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining a high level of service.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable and professional work ethic.

Preferred

• Experience in the powersports, motorcycle, automotive, or performance industries.
• Motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or automotive mechanical knowledge.
• Experience with EFI, engine tuning, fuel systems, performance products, or diagnostic equipment.
• Experience working with dealers, distributors, or retail customers.
• Familiarity with Dynojet products or other powersports performance technology.
• Experience with CRM systems navigation, specifically Hub Spot.
