Valet Supervisor plus cash tip$! Valet Supervisor Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour plus cash tip$! Job Type: Full-time & Part-time Location: Los Angeles, CA Shifts Available: Monday, Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm Tuesday, Thurs, Friday 10:30am to 7:00pm Must Have: 2 Years Drivers License What we're looking for: Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer serviceenvironment. Respond tocustomer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incidentreports. Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation ofstaff. Assistlocal managementwith maintainingand/or catalogingall equipment,uniforms, andsupplies. Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logsand identifydiscrepanciesas applicable. Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parkingviolators, as applicable. Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions atthe assigned facilitiesand reportanysafety or maintenance issues tolocal management. Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties asneeded. You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years. Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way. You have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience. You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry. You are a roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful. Your friends describe you as trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
