Ensure consistent costing discipline and forecasting credibility across portfolios Oversee multiple projects: performance, risk, staffing, and client satisfaction Coach PM and the Superintendent leadership teamsLead client relationship strategy across a portfolioSupport “get work” efforts through client relationship development, pursuits, and interviewsSet expectations for project setup, execution cadence, and closeoutRemove barriers so teams can execute at a high levelExperience You Should HaveMinimum 15 years of construction project management experienceRelevant experience or a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldAbility to read and understand construction schedules. Primavera P6 experience preferred.LEED AP or LEED training is encouragedAbility to work non-traditional hours when neededRequired to Thrill at MonteithNo Brilliant Jerks.
