Position Overview

We are seeking an empathetic and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our passionate team dedicated to excellence in patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during procedures, explaining processes clearly
• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Handle and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any technical issues
• Accurately document all procedures and maintain electronic patient records
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and standards

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a pertinent field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
