Ayrsley Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced, confident, and relationship-focused Senior Treatment, Financial & Practice Development Coordinator / Office Manager to serve as the senior administrative leader of our established dental practice. We are a relationship-driven practice built on warmth, trust, exceptional customer service, and high-quality dentistry . Our ideal candidate is both a strong leader and an exceptional communicator who can help patients understand the value of recommended care while helping the practice grow responsibly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Treatment & Financial Coordination Lead case presentation and financial discussions with patients. Develop and manage a systematic follow-up process for unscheduled treatment. Track and improve treatment acceptance. Develop and manage a targeted dental membership plan for appropriate uninsured patients. Help reduce dependence on insurance as the primary driver of treatment decisions. Office Leadership & Team Management Serve as the senior administrative team member and provide day-to-day leadership for the administrative team. Establish and maintain exceptional customer-service standards. Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and termination decisions in collaboration with Drs. Pak and Vowell Lead administrative meetings and help create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism. Identify training needs and opportunities to improve team performance. Practice Development & Annual Planning Work with Drs. Pak and Vowell to develop the practice's annual business and growth plan. Monitor key practice metrics including production, collections, treatment acceptance, unscheduled treatment, new patients, reactivation, schedule utilization, and patient retention. Help lead the practice toward its five year goal of 25% increase in office production. Marketing & Growth Create and implement the annual marketing plan. Oversee social media Develop strategies for new-patient growth, referrals, patient reactivation, membership-plan enrollment, and strengthening existing patient relationships. Track marketing results and return on investment. Ensure all marketing reflects the warmth, quality, and reputation of Ayrsley Family Dentistry. Technology & Systems Maximize the use of Eaglesoft, Dental Intelligence, Modento, Mango, and Pearl AI to improve patient experience, treatment acceptance, scheduling, communication, and practice performance. Use practice data to identify opportunities and hold the administrative team accountable for follow-through.
