Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

You'll visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.

1. Install and service DISH, Starlink and smart home solutions in customers' homes
2. Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
3. Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: Clean record required
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical Ability:
• Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
• Lift up to 70 lbs
• Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
• Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience
• Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
• Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
• Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screen, to include a drug test and an acceptable driving record. Compensation listed may reflect a combination of hourly pay rate and location pay differential.
