Community Liaison Position Details Job Title: Community Liaison (Healthcare Marketing & Sales) Location: Jacksonville, Florida Service Territory: Nassau, Duval, and Baker Counties Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $75,000–$88,000 annually (base) + uncapped commission Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 About the Position We're seeking a passionate, self-driven Community Liaison to build relationships and expand our presence within the healthcare community. As the face of our organization, you'll champion our mission while connecting with physicians, healthcare partners, and families who deserve compassionate, quality care. This is a dynamic role that combines relationship-building, business development, and patient advocacy. You'll drive growth by increasing community awareness, building trust with referral sources, and ensuring families have access to the services they need.
