Responsibilities Daily management of one shift (no double shifts when closing at 3pm) No close/open shifts for managers Work alongside FOH and BOH staff Conduct full inventory for each period Full transparency on financial performance for performance‑based compensation Use technology solutions to aid in role Provide timely support & communication without intruding on personal time Relocation opportunities within operating states Consistently seek and hire exceptional team members Ensure equity and equality for all Present and develop growth opportunities for team members Provide ideal Turning Point experience for guests from start to finish Qualifications Prior restaurant experience preferred (not required) Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team Works effectively in partnerships Professional verbal & written communication skills Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude Schedule Day shifts only Available to work on holidays and weekends Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits Supplemental Pay 13 performance‑based bonus payments Compensation Range $55,000 - $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
