Job Description Pay: $18.00 per hour Job description: Assembly Associate – 1st Shift 6:00 am-2:30 pm Montebello, CA Competitive Pay | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire HR Direct Services is currently hiring Assembly Associates for a manufacturing company in Montebello, CA. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: Assemble products and components according to work instructions. Safely operate hand tools and power tools. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Meet daily production and quality goals. Package and label finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with the production team. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work overtime as needed.
