ServiceNow Technical Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, configuration, and development.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and platforms.
• Technical Skills:
  • 1. ServiceNow Expertise:
    • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, CMDB and ITAM.
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).
    • Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
    • Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML).
    • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
  • 2. Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM
    • Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly desirable.
