If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a supportive, caring team, we'd love to have you on board!Job Summary: The Nurse Aide assists with basic patient care activities.Responsibilities:Assists with procedures/plan of care prescribed by a Registered Nurse (RN).Assists patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions.Performs light housekeeping duties.Provides for patients psychosocial and spiritual needs & special conditions.Develops & maintains cooperative and therapeutic relationships with residents, families and other staff.Responds to patient needs and responds to patient safety concerns promptly.Required Credential(s):Home Health Aides, Nurses' Aides and Certified Nurse Aides. Companions with no certifications must have at least 2 years' experience.Education & Experience:HS or Equivalent.Previous experience as a CNA is preferred.
