Health Service Supervisor (RN)

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family,  provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Supervisor of Health Services - Joyful Living Adult Day Health Care
Bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin highly preferred

 

As the Supervisor of Health Services, you will lead a dedicated clinical team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to adult day health participants. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
• Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff

 

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience
• Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
