Case Manager – Plaintiff Personal Injury
Our client, a growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a diverse caseload from intake through resolution.
Requirements:
Extensive claims negotiation experience
Experience negotiating settlements on behalf of personal injury plaintiffs is strongly preferred.
Candidates with insurance carrier claims negotiation experience will also be considered.
Proven ability to negotiate favorable settlements and assist with moving cases efficiently toward resolution.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency with case management software and other computer applications.
