Overview

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality talent across a variety of functions, helping drive business results through effective full-cycle recruiting and strong partnerships with hiring managers.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who has foundational recruiting expertise and is looking to further build their impact, working both independently and collaboratively to support hiring needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of roles across assigned business areas

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide candidate recommendations

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking

Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Provide guidance to hiring teams on recruiting best practices, market insights, and talent availability

Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows

Support internship recruiting and activities as needed

Participate in and support recruiting projects or initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of recruiting experience

Demonstrated understanding of recruiting principles, sourcing strategies, and selection techniques

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience using an ATS (Workday experience preferred)

Ability to be on-site in our Bloomington, MN Office 3x/week

Annual Salary Range: $65,400-101,300. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance.
