Job Description:Position Summary:This individual will have responsibility for manufacturing activity including: achieving required financial performance (P&L), meeting customer production and quality requirements, launching new programs, ongoing improvements in safety culture and performance, and development of talent for future succession within Operations.Primary Responsibilities:Provide leadership for Operations within North AmericaDelivers overall financial commitment for North America OperationsProvides strategic development and drives implementation of lean operating cultureResponsible for the safety of all Team Members and the environment is maintained properly and the Team Members demonstrate proper behaviorsResponsible for ensuring all quality policies and procedures are followed by all Team Members including documentation of deviation of standard work flowEvaluates key business challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutionsMay, on occasion, be required to perform duties other than those specified in this descriptionEducation and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
