Join Assisting Hands of Greater Murray as a CNA Admin! This crucial role combines hands-on caregiving, caregiver mentorship, and administrative support. You'll work closely with our Agency Director to help develop and support a strong team of caregivers while ensuring our clients receive exceptional care.

Key responsibilities include working with the Agency Director to enhance caregiver training, attending and teaching scheduled training sessions, providing individualized training for caregivers as needed, performing introductory & supervisory visits, covering caregiving shifts as needed, and assisting with pairing caregivers to appropriate clients.

This position is perfect for a CNA who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll continue using your caregiving skills while gaining valuable leadership, training, and administrative experience.

Qualifications include being a CNA in good standing, having a minimum of 2 years CNA experience, holding a high school diploma, having reliable transportation, possessing outstanding interpersonal skills, ensuring timely and professional communication, and being available as needed within agreed upon hours.

This role includes both office and field responsibilities. You will spend time developing and teaching caregiver training, conducting visits with caregivers and clients, and supporting agency operations.

This is a part-time position, and hours are negotiable. Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
