Job Title: Manufacturing Welder - 1st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm - Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:
Welding & Fabrication
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, steel, and stainless-steel components according to blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect welded parts to ensure structural integrity, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
- Grind, clean, and finish welded surfaces as required.
- Maintain consistent weld quality while meeting production deadlines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions.
- Assist with assembly and production tasks as needed to support workflow demands.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment safely.
- Retrieve materials and parts from inventory for welding and assembly projects.
- Support staging, packaging, and movement of completed products within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and notify supervisors of maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Ensure all work meets customer specifications and internal quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of MIG/TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
- Experience welding aluminum preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, measuring tools, and welding symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to assist in other departments and perform general production duties as needed.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds periodically.
- Requires full use of hands, arms, vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to safely operate welding and manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment.
