Job Title: Logistics Coordinator Data Center Construction Job Description

The logistics coordinator plays a central role on a data center construction site by managing how materials are delivered, stored, moved, and used to support ongoing work. This position focuses on unloading and relocating construction materials, particularly electrical supply equipment, and ensuring they remain organized in designated areas. The coordinator works closely with onsite electricians to make sure they have the materials they need at the right time and place, directly contributing to the smooth progress and success of the project.

• Unload construction materials and electrical supply equipment safely and efficiently upon delivery to the job site.
• Move materials to designated areas on the construction site and maintain a well-organized layout to support efficient workflows.
• Coordinate closely with electricians to ensure they have the necessary supplies and equipment available when needed.
• Monitor inventory of materials in assigned areas and communicate any shortages or issues to site leadership in a timely manner.
• Handle general labor and material handling tasks as needed to support day-to-day construction activities.
• Follow site safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment while performing all duties.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of individuals on the construction project, including tradespeople and supervisors.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and reliability to support project schedules and deadlines.
• Adapt to working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety.

• 2+ years of consistent work history that demonstrates strong reliability and good attendance.
• Experience with logistics, general labor, and material handling on construction sites.
• Ability to unload and move electrical supply equipment and other construction materials to designated areas on the job site.
• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds safely and repeatedly as part of daily tasks.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with others onsite and to communicate clearly with leadership.
• Ability to work collaboratively with electricians and other trades on an active construction project.
• Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor construction environments in all weather conditions.

• Prior experience supporting large construction projects or data center projects is beneficial.
• Familiarity with basic construction site practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project needs while maintaining organization of materials.
• Strong attention to detail when organizing and tracking materials on site.
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed to support project timelines.

This role offers a long-term contract opportunity with consistent full-time hours, typically 40 or more per week. This position is based on an active construction job site, with work performed both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. You will be part of a team environment with onsite leads supporting contract job site coordinators and collaborating closely with electricians and other trades. Typical hours are approximately 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a workweek of about 4050 hours, and start times may vary slightly based on project needs. The dress code includes steel toe boots and work pants appropriate for a construction setting. Personal protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses, and high-visibility gear is provided. The role involves regular physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, and requires consistent adherence to safety practices on a busy construction site.

This is a Permanent position based out of Beaver Dam, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Beaver Dam,WI.
