Pritchard Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Engineer Helper to join our team. The Building Engineer Helper will be responsible for supports building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers. Responsibilities include assisting with maintenance and repair tasks, monitoring mechanical equipment, handling basic plumbing and electrical work, maintaining cleanliness of boiler and mechanical rooms. Responding to building service requests and supporting day to day operations to ensure safe and efficient building performances.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSES

High School Diploma of GED Equivalent Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Life Safety Systems Posses and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS / DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Familiarity with automated building controls, preventive maintenance techniques and knowledge of pneumatic controls Must work well under pressure. Meticulous and ability to function in a demanding environment. Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborator who can also work independently and is a initiative-taker. Effective communication skills Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, dependable, and courteous service to

all customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.

Benefits
