Wellness Nurse Manager — Full-Time Location: Battlefield, Missouri Starting wage: $30.00–$36.00 per hour Shift Schedule: Week 1 — Monday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2 — Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7pm–7am Location address: 4150 W Republic Rd., Battlefield, Missouri 65619 Responsibilities Be a Superior Supervisor: In the absence of department heads, lead the Wellness team and assist other departments to ensure quick, reliable, and person-centered care. Be a Force on the Floor: Demonstrate leadership by helping with call lights and requests for assistance, placing residents’ needs first. Be a Diligent Documenter: Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently, and file correctly. Be a Compassionate Caregiver: Uphold core values, ensuring professional, caring interactions that leave residents feeling safe and cared for.
