Kds Ministry Support Coordinator

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and people. The right person will thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy supporting ministry behind the scenes and on Sundays, and value building a healthy, positive team culture while helping create excellent experiences for kids and families.This position will be scheduled up to 12 hours during the week and approximately 5 hours on Sunday.Key ResponsibilitiesMid-Week Curriculum & Ministry SupportAssist in creating and organizing weekly lesson plans and curriculum materialsPrepare printed curriculum, classroom resources, and activity suppliesOrganize ministry materials, prep areas, and storage systemsHelp support team projects, ministry initiatives, and seasonal preparationAssist with maintaining clean, organized, and ministry-ready environmentsSunday Ministry SupportHelp set up classrooms and ministry spaces before servicesSupport classroom readiness and supply distributionAssist with Kids Ministry check-in as neededStep into teaching or classroom support roles when necessaryHelp create a smooth and welcoming Sunday experience for kids, volunteers, and familiesTeam Culture & CollaborationContribute positively to the overall health and culture of the Kids Ministry teamSupport communication, collaboration, and teamwork across campuses and volunteersHelp create a fun, encouraging, and servant-hearted environmentBe flexible and willing to assist where needed to support ministry successDesired QualitiesOrganized and dependableStrong communication and teamwork skillsPositive, servant-hearted attitudeFlexible and willing to jump into various ministry needsComfortable working with children, volunteers, and familiesPassion for helping create healthy ministry environments and strong team culture
