Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading 3PL, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on logistics experience, grow into more advanced responsibilities, and be part of a tight-knit team that supports one another’s success. 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities 

• Triage a shared inbox with a high volume of carrier updates, on-site issues, and shipment requests 

• Respond to ~100 daily driver and carrier calls with urgency and professionalism 

• Verify and document proof of delivery and bills of lading 

• Assign and track load numbers to ensure smooth operations 

Customer Service Representative Requirements 

• Ability to handle large volumes of communication while maintaining accuracy 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 

• Willing to work a 10-7PM. hybrid schedule (3 days in office)

• Compensation: $20-25 per hour
