Station Customer Service Representative

Cencora seeks a Station Customer Service Representative to manage shipment execution, monitor key milestones, and resolve operational issues. The role requires on-site work in Mount Prospect, Illinois, coordinating closely with operations teams to ensure accurate, timely shipment delivery and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage shipments from entry through completion with accurate details and documentation
- Monitor shipment milestones, reports, and exception queues to identify delays and risks
- Escalate unresolved issues with clear impact summaries and next steps to appropriate channels
- Participate in daily stand-ups and KPI reviews to support continuous improvement and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records in systems and collaborate with operations teams on issue resolution
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years customer service operations or order management experience
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to monitor systems, dashboards, and exception queues
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations and support teams
- ITIL 4 Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, or COPC certification preferred
Compensation: $52,000 - $81,620
