Client Partner - Retail and CPG

Location Cupertino, CA; Fremont, CA; Sunnyvale, CA (California, USA) Salary $128,000 - $250,000 Role Description Infosys is seeking a Client Partner for our Consumer Practice. In this role you will be responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account focus, working with senior leaders to build an account plan and manage the relationship. You will typically handle a single account or a portion of a large account with a P&L of $20MM to $40MM. Responsibilities Client relationship management and business development: manage relationships, build a portfolio up to $20-40M, own the opportunity management cycle (Prospect‑Evaluate‑Propose‑Close). Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders to ensure commitment fulfillment. Account planning and governance: create the account plan including required relationships, opportunities, price decisions, and more. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or 3 years progressive experience in lieu of each year of education). 11+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship/account management background. Significant business development experience. Relevant industry/vertical experience in consumer technology accounts. Track record of building relationships with C-level client contacts. Hands‑on experience with proposal creation, leading presentations, and negotiating new opportunities. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in consumer products and technology industry. Able to travel. Knowledge of industry‑specific go‑to‑market solutions. Good understanding of industry‑specific business issues and drivers. Global Delivery Model experience. Experience managing large multi‑location consulting engagement teams. Track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship.
