Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

• Float pool position across general med surg, rehab, and behavioral health units/n• 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement/n• Patient ratios of 1:4-5 on a 63-bed unit/n• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)/n• 24 months of experience in Med Surg, Med Tele, or IMCU capacity required/n• Must have completed at least one travel contract in previous 12 months/n• Experience administering Heparin and Insulin drips required/n• EPIC EMR experience required/n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIH Stroke Scale certificate highly preferred/n• Iowa nursing license or compact/multistate license required/n• Scrub color requirement: Pewter Grey/n• Care for Med Surg, Rehab, and Behavioral health patient populations/n• Skills checklist specific to Med Surg/Tele discipline required
