Job Summary:
Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glen Burnie is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of residents, including sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care patients
Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care is delivered
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and effective patient care
Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, self-care techniques, and disease management
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Maryland
Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
