Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,970-$2,080 Location: Towson, Maryland 21204 Setting: General Operating Room Start Date: 9/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: 5 shifts per week Shift Duration: 8-hour days Hours: 40 hours per week Work Arrangement: On-site Employment Type: Local direct opportunity Job Requirements At least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland or compact RN license, as applicable Strong clinical knowledge of perioperative nursing standards , sterile technique, and infection prevention Ability to work effectively in a collaborative surgical team environment Excellent communication, organization, and patient advocacy skills BLS certification preferred Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout the perioperative process Prepare operating rooms, equipment, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures Maintain a sterile field and uphold infection prevention protocols at all times Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, and surgical staff to support efficient workflow Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition during surgical procedures Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Support patient safety, comfort, and education before and after procedures Why Apply for This Maryland Nursing Job?
