Millennium Print Group is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support daily receiving, shipping, inventory, and material handling operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials and products are accurately received, processed, inventoried, and shipped while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. What You Will Do Receiving & Inventory Support Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight, packages, and materials Verify shipments against packing slips and receiving documentation Identify and communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies Tag, stage, palletize, and organize incoming materials Load and unload trucks using company-provided equipment Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation Shipping & Fulfillment Operations Verify products and shipments against job tickets and shipping documentation Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading and Packing Lists Process shipments through UPS, FedEx, and internal systems Coordinate outbound freight and assist with shipment tracking Label, organize, and stage products for shipment Accurately record shipping transactions and activities Safety & Compliance Follow all safety, security, quality, and operational procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support inventory accuracy and fulfillment excellence Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs What You Will Bring Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience preferred Experience with inventory control and material handling preferred Forklift experience and/or forklift certification preferred Skills and Abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documentation Effective communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities Basic mathematical proficiency How You Will Be Successful Core Competencies Communication: Keep information flowing accurately between teams and customers Bias for Action: Take initiative to resolve issues and keep materials moving efficiently Great People Skills: Work collaboratively across departments to support operational goals Passion and Pride in Your Work: Deliver quality, accuracy, and reliability every day Growth Mindset: Learn new processes, systems, and best practices to support continued success #MillAll What to Expect MPG offers a leading-edge compensation package which includes the following: A highly competitive compensation "above the industry" commensurate with experience which includes an annual incentive bonus plan 100% Employer-paid medical, dental base plan, vision, life/AD&D, and short-term and long-term disability, while subsidizing premiums for medical, dental, and vision for employee dependents 401(k) Plan with up to a 6% (dollar for dollar) Employer match Health Savings/Flexible Spending Account options Paid time off, including 10 company-paid holidays, plus 1 floating holiday Employee Assistance Program Comprehensive relocation package available for qualified candidates And, much more! _ Millennium Print Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer _ The duties and responsibilities described above are essential functions of the job.
