Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a SOC Manager to join their team. As a SOC Manager, you will be part of the Information Security Department supporting the organization's cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Lead the development and implementation of the organization's Security Operations Center (SOC) strategies and processes.

Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection activities to safeguard organizational assets.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Manage and mentor SOC team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Analyze security data, generate reports for executive leadership, and recommend improvements to security posture.

Proven experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or related fields with a minimum of 6 years of progressive responsibility.

Strong understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, and regulatory guidance like FFIEC and NCUA.

Experience managing security tools including SIEM, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management platforms.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex security topics to diverse audiences.

Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
