RN - Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health - Nights - Part Time

Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 - No Contract
• Base Pay (Determined by Experience) + Differentials
• Stay Premium Program: Active after 2 years with Mercy. Up to $8/hour based on years of Mercy service

* Education Assistance:

• Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year
• ASN to BSN (Up to $16,000)

Qualifications: Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
