Overview Support Associate - Chico's at Chico's FAS, Inc. Location: 401 S Mt Juliet Rd, Ste 425, Mt. Juliet, TN. Join our chic team, dedicated to a styling and social experience that inspires women to express their individuality. The position supports a customer and product-focused sales culture with store operations, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Responsibilities Operational Excellence: process merchandise, ensure items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space. Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner. Enter receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received; complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely. Ensure visual packet materials, props, signage are received and processed promptly; store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc. Participate in pricing changes and markdowns. Alert store management to cash supply needs. Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed. Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous stock or cashier experience preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines Ability to demonstrate teamwork Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired Communication with customers, associates, and management; wear/communicate with headset Regular attendance is essential to ensure adequate coverage; ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
