Level 1 Help Desk Support Technician (Contract)
Location: Onsite
Duration: 6 Month Contract to hire (Potential Extension)
Start Date: Immediate
M-F: 7am – 9pm EST
Weekends: 9am – 9pm EST (can work remote)
Overview
Day to day:
- Printers and Outlook – most common issues to troubleshoot
- 35-40 tickets per day – mix of phone/email/chat interactions (no in person support)
1-2 years of experience (mix of certification/experience)–
Technical acumen & customer service equally important
Wants someone that:
- uses logic in problem solving
- has technical acumen
- assessing variables and eliminating variables
- resourcefulness and actual thought/problem solving
- volume experience helps fast paced environments work – 8k interactions per month for whole team
- Outlook troubleshooting
Plus:
- ServiceNow exp
- Basic networking – CompTIA A+
