This position reports to the Dental Unit Manager. EDUCATION/OTHER REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent Current CPR certification Dental Assistant Expanded Functions Certification (Will assist with obtaining) Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required Crusader Community Health serves the Rock River Valley area with quality primary health care for all people in need.
