Services include magazine, catalog, book, and tradeshow printing, brochures, direct mailers, postcards, variable data printing, statements, glossy inserts, annual reports, fulfillment, first class mail pick-up, and print & digital publications. Essential Functions

• Set up, operate, and maintain printing presses.
• Monitor the printing process to maintain print quality and consistency.
• Ensure that the final print meets quality standards and client specifications.
• Responsible for routine maintenance on printing equipment and general housekeeping.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Abide by all OSHA regulations and other established company safety policies.
• Maintain prompt and reliable attendance.

Non-Essential Duties and Functions

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a web press is preferred (Goss or DGM).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Expected compensation for this role is between $20 - $23/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
