Product Manager (Seattle on-site only)

The Role We’re adding a Product Manager to our team to help us build and scale our user-facing products. You'll work closely with engineering and business leaders to help people optimize their taxes with zero effort, bridge gaps between paychecks, build their credit score, and more. With access to a robust pipeline of excited paying users with high intent to use Grid, you'll have a significant impact on our users' happiness and financial wellbeing. Platform built to optimize clean data sources, data warehousing, streaming analytics infrastructure and offline data cleanliness. What You Will Be Doing Product Development: Building products and features end-to-end that are simple to understand and use. Speed & Iteration: Practicing a dynamic yet data-driven approach, building towards bold milestones with well-engineered incremental releases. Data Analysis: Using SQL and other analytics tools to evaluate product and user performance. Risk Tolerance: Leveraging early-stage speed and low bureaucracy to cut losses early and move forward. About You Startup Person: Seeking high growth opportunities, comfortable with dynamic decision making and an iterative approach.
