We do require valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver's license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your team.Current Client Needs:Open to short 2 to 5 hour shiftsExample shifts – 9AM – 12PM / 1PM -4PM / 4PM – 7PMAvailable for clients in Renton – SeaTac– Fall City – Mercer Island – Maple Valley and surrounding areas!Transfer Experience (Hoyer Lift)Memory Care ExperiencePay rate: $22.50-$23.50 hrWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible Scheduling. We consider your experience, availability, and preferences to match you with the perfect clients.Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients.Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required.Employee Rewards & Recognition Program! Access to online training and continuing education courses.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesTransporting clients for errands or appointments in your carAssisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfersMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional InformationOur hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a video interview and then an in-person interview with our Branch Manager if applicable. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with.
