Hospice Companion Volunteers Needed in Oklahoma City, OK!

At Bristol Hopsice, we believe that every moment matters. Our volunteers are a vital part of the care we provide for our patients and families/caregivers.

Bristol Hospice Oklahoma is seeking patient-direct volunteers to provide companionship, caregiver relief, and other supportive services to patients in their homes or care facilities such as skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care facilities. Volunteers may also assist with small activities that bring socialization, joy, and connection with our patients.

Requirements Include:

• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable spending time with individiuals facing life-limiting illnesses
• Must be at least 18 years old to work directly with our patients and families
• Must be able to complete all volunteer onboarding processes such as; interview, background check, reference checks, TB screening, training, and orientation with our Volunteer Coordinator

Time Commitment: Flexbile - typically 2-4 hours per month, scheduled around your availability.
