Registered Nurse (RN) - Aspire Senior Living Advance 12hrs. +Rotating Weekends Full-Time Day Aspire Senior Living Advance, a skilled nursing facility located in Advance, Missouri, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We are committed to delivering the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we are looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to help us achieve our mission. Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our seniors, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
- Administer medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care strategies
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and service to our residents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Missouri
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures
