Assistant Project Manager (Ground-Up) - Construction

- Support Project Managers on commercial groundup projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Assist with project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and onsite teams.
- Track longlead items and ensure materials align with construction schedules.
- Attend project meetings and help resolve issues to keep work moving efficiently.
The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Experience supporting commercial groundup construction projects .
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site work, and core building systems.
- Highly organized, detailoriented, and eager to take on increased responsibility.
- Clear communicator who works well with both field and office teams.
- A driven professional looking to grow into a full Project Manager role.
