Senior Quality Engineer

Due to continued business growth, they are adding a Senior Quality Engineer to help elevate quality systems, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Description

• Support ongoing development and maintenance of the Quality Management System
• Lead investigations involving product and process nonconformances
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Create quality plans, inspection processes, and validation documentation
• Conduct First Article Inspection activities and production readiness reviews
• Monitor quality performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Support supplier quality initiatives and customer-facing quality activities
• Participate in new product introduction and launch programs
• Perform qualification, validation, and reliability testing activities
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement projects throughout the organization

Profile

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
• Experience managing CAPA and root cause investigations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Electronics, electromechanical, plastics, or component manufacturing experience
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
• CQE or Green Belt certification
• Knowledge of CAD systems and GD&T
• Experience working directly with customers and distributors

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $200,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
