At F/LIST Florida, we have a specialized team of around 40 employees, focusing on the Air Aftermarket sector and, through F/YACHTING, selected yacht interior projects. We provide services and products for refurbishing and upgrading aircraft cabins for business and private jets, including intricate craftsmanship for repairing, refurbishing, redesigning, and modernizing high-quality aircraft furniture. We apply the same attention to detail and premium joinery standards in the yachting sector. As part of our team you will... Ensure compliance with FAA Part 145 requirements , company procedures, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory standards. Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to support operational excellence. Plan and conduct internal audits , track findings, and drive corrective actions through to successful closure. Perform and oversee receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure the highest quality standards. Review maintenance records, inspection reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and quality escapes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Manage employee qualification, training, and authorization records to ensure compliance and readiness. Support customer audits , regulatory inspections, supplier evaluations, and subcontractor oversight activities. Monitor calibration programs, FOD prevention initiatives, and continuous improvement activities to enhance quality performance. You're a good fit if you... Have 5+ years of experience in aviation quality, inspections, maintenance oversight, aircraft interiors, or aerospace manufacturing. Understand FAA Part 145 requirements and quality compliance processes. Can confidently interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Have hands-on experience conducting audits and managing corrective actions. Bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Communicate effectively and enjoy working with different stakeholders. Have experience with EASA Part 145 and/or internal auditing (preferred).
