Attorney

Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced eDiscovery Contract Attorney. This role will primarily support ongoing and upcoming matters through comprehensive email review and document analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and Relativity, and a strong understanding of eDiscovery workflows and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume, first- and second-level document and email review for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues across multiple matters
• Utilize Microsoft Purview and Relativity to manage, review, and analyze large datasets
• Apply consistent coding decisions in accordance with project protocols and legal standards
• Identify and escalate potentially privileged or sensitive materials
• Collaborate with legal teams to refine search terms, review strategies, and workflows
• Assist with quality control (QC) processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain detailed documentation of review decisions and processes as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
• 2+ years of eDiscovery or document review experience (more preferred depending on complexity)
• Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Purview and Relativity is required
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage large volumes of data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with complex litigation, regulatory matters, or internal investigations
• Familiarity with TAR (Technology Assisted Review) and analytics tools within Relativity
• Prior experience working in an onsite, team-based review environment

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.
• General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.

Hours weekly: 40

Business hours : 9-5

The pay range for this position is $35-45/hour depending on experience. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
