Schedule: Flexible | Approximately 16–20 hours per week

Schedule
•    Day Shift
•    Typical working hours fall between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
•    Approximately 20 hours per week.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist to provide onsite psychiatric services in a structured healthcare setting. This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, typically during daytime business hours.
Key Responsibilities
•    Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments.
•    Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions.
•    Develop and monitor treatment plans.
•    Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications as appropriate.
•    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
•    Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Expected Workload
•    Approximately 12–16 patient encounters per 8-hour shift.
•    Manage an active caseload of approximately 75–100 patients.
Contract Duration
•    Initial assignment of at least 6 months.
•    Potential for extension or long-term opportunity based on performance and organizational needs.

Required Qualifications
•    Doctoral Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
•    Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
•    Active Ohio Medical License.
•    Active DEA Registration.
•    Current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.
•    Minimum 1 year of psychiatric practice experience from the projected start date.
