Our state-of-the-art facility boasts 5,000 square feet dedicated to sports medicine and physiotherapy, allowing you to leverage cutting-edge resources in your practice. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, which enables us to provide personalized care that aligns with each individual's rehabilitation goals.

Work Environment

Your work setting will be onsite at our outpatient clinic, collaborating closely with a small team consisting of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). This intimate team environment fosters effective communication and patient-centered care, allowing you to make a significant impact on treatment outcomes. Our typical schedule follows Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients' individual goals and requirements, actively involving them in establishing their rehabilitation plan.
• Manage a patient caseload averaging one individual per hour, allowing for focused and effective treatment sessions.
• Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to improve clients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Facilitate patients' recovery by offering cost-effective treatment alternatives that minimize the need for medications and invasive procedures.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques aimed at achieving optimal functional outcomes.
• Create individualized fitness and wellness programs addressing each patient's specific health concerns and rehabilitation objectives.
• Provide high-quality, personalized care through transparent communication and collaborative decision-making with patients.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment process to enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Regularly collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Document all patient care services meticulously, including treatment plans and outcomes, to track progress and make necessary adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our orthopedic outpatient practice caters to a diverse clientele ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients working to regain mobility after surgery. Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is essential.
• No prior disciplinary actions or complaints should exist on your professional record.
• Strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques to deliver effective patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Competence in developing and implementing exercise protocols that align with patient recovery goals.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to manage patient records efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
