About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's most critical priorities. The successful candidate will be a key player in four main areas: driving cross-functional projects that span product, data science, engineering, and go-to-market; owning the internal operating rhythm, which includes team syncs, OKR tracking, and decision documentation; leading administration functions across people, finance, and legal; and proactively identifying and addressing operational gaps to ensure seamless growth. This high-performance role is ideal for an individual who is adept at operating with a proactive, problem-solving approach and who thrives in a fast-paced, small team environment. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be prepared to work in a dynamic, AI-native environment that is focused on revenue growth management for consumer brands.
