We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Representatives . In this role, you'll combine customer support with sales skills assisting clients, answering questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process while building long-term relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Answer client inquiries and provide product/service information
- Guide customers through the sales process and close deals
- Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Work closely with the team to hit sales and service goals
