JIRA Administrator - Active Secret Clearance Preferred

ASencilla is seeking a JIRA Administrator with Active TS/SCI clearance to support a Marine Corps program in Stafford/Quantico, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure JIRA projects, workflows, boards, permissions, and filters
- Build JIRA dashboards and visualizations of portfolio metrics across multiple Agile Release Trains
- Manage the flow of epics using a Portfolio Kanban system; track work in progress, throughput, and blockers
- Support KPI and OKR tracking for leadership
- Support teams still using Microsoft Project during the transition to JIRA
- Provide user support, training, and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including significant JIRA administration and configuration
- Experience with Agile portfolio management, Kanban, and dashboard reporting
- Active Secret clearance (strongly preferred) or ability to obtain an interim Secret; U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience may be considered, subject to final contract requirements)
- Able to work onsite in the Stafford, VA area and start within two weeks of award
Preferred: SAFe experience or certification; Atlassian certification; Microsoft Project; Security+; DoD experience
- Salary: $115,000–$135,000, based on experience and clearance
