Pharmacist - Medicaid Pharmacy Policy & Oversight
Ohio Department of Medicaid
The Ohio Department of Medicaid is seeking a Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy unit in Columbus, OH. You will provide expert advice to pharmacists and help develop prior authorization criteria, while supporting the Medicaid Pharmacy Program and related committees. Responsibilities include oversight of the Medicaid PBM, DUR, P&T committees, and state/federal rule reviews. Requires a valid Ohio pharmacy license and at least 2 years of licensed practice; 8:00-5:00 schedule, full-time on-site #J-18808-Ljbffr Ohio Department of Medicaid
