Who We Are

Joyful Behavior isn#39;t your typical ABA clinic. We lead with compassion first — because we believe that when people feel safe, understood, and valued, real growth happens. Our practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, and that philosophy extends beyond our clients to the way we show up for our team, too. We#39;re building something special at our new Salisbury, MD clinic, and we#39;re looking for the right people to grow it with us.

The Role

As an RBT at Joyful Behavior, you#39;ll work one-on-one with neurodivergent children and adolescents — from toddlers to teens — delivering individualized ABA therapy in our clinic (with occasional in-home sessions as needed). You#39;ll partner closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans, track progress, and celebrate wins big and small.

This is more than a job. It#39;s a front-row seat to some of the most meaningful moments in a child#39;s development.

What You#39;ll Do:

• Deliver individualized behavior therapy guided by your BCBA#39;s clinical oversight
• Implement and adjust behavior intervention plans in real time
• Teach functional, life-changing skills to help kids thrive
• Track and document client progress with care and consistency
• Maintain a safe, warm, and therapeutic environment in every session
• Build genuine connections with clients, families, and colleagues
• Show up with patience, creativity, and heart — every single day

What We#39;re Looking For

• A warm, dependable person who genuinely loves working with kids
• RBT certification (or the drive and commitment to earn it — we#39;ll guide you)
• 1+ year of experience with children preferred, not required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish? That#39;s a huge plus
• Someone who thrives in a team-centered, mission-driven environment

The Details

• Pay: $22–$27/hour depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm
• Setting: Primarily clinic/center-based (Salisbury, MD)
• Type: Part-time
