• 8+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales and exceed targets.
• Strong discovery, demo, and value messaging skills.
• Negotiation proficiency and ability to navigate procurement.
• Time management and prioritization across multiple opportunities.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Training in modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN).

Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $266,000 - $344,000 (includes base salary and commissions).
